I would suggest FCP euro over europa simply because they sell the same parts but you can get the whole kit for 50$ less and it's all lifetime warrantied so if anything ever fails or you make it to the next interval it can all be swapped for free

All you need to do is use the europa kit to figure out all the parts and assemble them yourself on FCP as they don't kit it but it's a much better deal and I severely regret going with europa as I will have the car long enough to need to do it again and I could've gotten it all for free :/

Well they've been doing it for 6 years now so I'd say they made it past the general jump of 5 years of business moves lol

generally businesses dont make it past one year(90+%). but vce isnt wrong either; if you warrantied every single part ever bought from them they would go under immediately; they are hoping their model is sustainable, along with the parts offered, so that a mass return never happens and their business continues to outgrow the rate at which "free" parts fail. the problem is that as soon as they cannot offer free replacements, their warranty is completely gone and useless.

Let and analyze this for a minute. A lifetime warranty on the parts is fine. Great marketing tool. I even use it in my business as a selling tool. Most people these days dont own the car for a lifetime. Average typical ownership of a car these days are between 4-6 years. The warranty of course isnt transferable to the new owners. How many people even forget they have a warranty even . Some people dont even hassle with it if the product itself is cheap financially to re-purchase. tloft4 is correct imo how this operates. If the end consumer is happy with the service & products he receives from the business. They will purchase new parts for their next new vehicle and the process starts all over again. Even if a person keeps their car for extended period of time. Thats just 1 out of per say a 1000. Still a win, win as long as there isnt a influx of warranty"free" parts. But if there is he's filling for bankruptcy and is gone

Ya I know what you mean. The other thing is that your not spending more for the parts compared to elsewhere anyways so if you get the side benefit of the lifetime warranty why not do it. Then if you lose out anyways your not out anything.

Also the business model caters to older cars so there's a good chance the car may not last long enough to even get a warrantied part anyways, but I have such s young car I can use the warranties haha

The fact that they even offer this service shows they will well the customers, also VCE read this https://www.fcpeuro.com/page/lifetime-guarantee it's funny cause one of the FAQ's is "how can you afford to do this" and what they say is right, they offer high quality parts so it lowers their risk as they are already less likely to fail, if Walmart offered lifetime warranty on everything they sold they would've been out of business years ago lol

Another vote for FCPEuro, I bought my timing kit from them. The price is competitive and I will likely get my next one for free because I intend to keep this car for as long as possible.

On a side note; I changed my timing belt at 81k miles and it did not look great.
