Carista OBD2 adapter with other apps.

I just want to know if I can use a different app with the Carista OBD2 adapter? And if so which one is recommended. I bought the adapter was expecting to see some cool dials and such but not until you sign up and pay an annual fee do you get the bells and whistles.

I use the Carista obd2 for that app and OBD fusion for the gauges etc. works good!

+1 for OBD Fusion with Carista. Definitely worth the 10 bucks or whatever it was. Not instant refresh but it works really well to monitor live IAT's, boost, timing, EGT's etc when it's not convenient to use VCDS. You can customize size and type of gauges and have multiple dashboards saved.

Thanks all, I was not wanting to give up on it that quick and didn't want to pay a annual fee for the use.
