Are these Chinese/Taiwanese tail lights DOT approved? APC had to settle a $100k+ lawsuit for their "Chinese Quality" taillights that did not meet DOT standards nor could seal itself properly to not fog up when it rained and started melting and shorting out.
Why do you even bother putting low-quality "Made in Taiwan" (though it's better than being Made in China or third party Asian countries) on your $30k+ German car? Don't get me wrong, Taiwan makes some of the BEST electronics (with billions of dollars invested)... please don't tell me a batch of "Audi A4 Tail lights" will even par up to that quality.
It might look "cool" and flashy... but just like your rant about being in "every quadrant in the universe"... you are just whoring out and "bastardizing" our cars. That's what APC (and other eBay companies did) to Honda's. It's just sad to hear that this is also being done to Audi's, and that people buy Audi's (namely A4's) for reasons no other than to "Rice" the car out.
If you can give me ONE GOOD REASON as to WHY these can BENEFIT the well-being of the car (performance, aerodynamics), then I'm all ears and will even offer a public apology. And reasons like "It's brighter!", "LED's draw less current and saves power so I can have more power to my subwoofers" or "it looks more like a high-end luxury car" aint going to cut it either... if it was "high end luxury"...then it also wouldn't be "Made in Taiwan" either.
With just SIX posts as a member, the FIRST and foremost thing you have to post on this forum is about LED TAILLIGHTS?!?!?
Go sell the Audi and pick up a Honda... you disgrace the name to Audizine, to Audi's, its owners, and the term "nice car".
