Its a few grand more than I thought it would be but not too far off. I hope they show U.S. model at the NY Auto Show to see how different it may be.

Yeah, its a few grand more than i thought it would be too. My guess was 61-63k. Not too far off though. Im curious to see the rs3 pricing.

We were just posting about this, this morning in the Dealer Allocation thread. It's planned to be at the NY Auto Show until April 23rd and then it looks like it will go on sale. And Jim/Rapture, it does say in the official Audi article that it will be at the NY Auto Show.

Thanks Izzu, my point was sometimes they still show the Euro model at shows. They look better without the amber front marker lights and other subtle differences. I'd like to see a real U.S. Model.

I am hopeful maybe Audi will change their mind and offer them stand alone. From the press release it almost sounded like they would.

yea as I read it seems like they would, but never know! them tails are hypnotic. crazy the only reason why I want the TTrs over my current TTs is the tails and steering wheel lol. don't even care about the power!

Thank God, I am not alone... with slight difference: its' the steering wheel and the front of the car, the damn thing looks amazing :)

If I decide to go with the RS3, I will definitely retrofit the steering wheel, don't care how much it will cost. The start and Mode buttons will be difficult though.

I finally took the time to find non-OLED vs OLED. I still think the non-OLED look pretty good. That similar droop look most here loved from the B8.5 4s and 5s.

I think you could get exclusive. I have an inquiry about getting an Aston Martin silver paint color. Haven't heard back yet. That's all I would do though, no interior Exclusive options. I am also thinking of Porsche GT Silver.

I placed my order today, although a couple of things surprised me and I hope to clarify before the order becomes final:

1. According to the dealer the rear lip spoiler (delete fixed wing) may not be the electronic spoiler found on the TTS - although he was not sure about this

2. The only way to get leather door armrests and console surround seems to be to get the design selection interior. I would prefer the gray stitching but would like the leather features and can only get these is with red stitching and the red accents on air vents (not crazy about these either). I find it hard to believe that if you dont select the design interior that the door armrests and console surround would be plastic (they are leather as standard on the TTS) but its possible I guess..

If anyone has any further clarity on these two items would love to hear!

3. Ordered Nardo but still unsure vs Daytona.. :-)

Either way very excited!

1) the base of the spoiler looks exactly the same as my TTs. Im sure its the same no reason why they would change it
