Help! P0354

So I installed new r8 coilpacks and ngk plugs about a week ago and today I go to tune my car and I get this P0354 code after driving for a couple minutes; seeing as my plugs and packs are brand new this would mean I would have a faulty harness? Or do you think I left something loose or did something wrong when I changed my plugs/packs?

I'm going to switch my coil pack from cylinder D to cylinder C or whichever to make sure it's not a coil pack problem later when I get off work

Could still be the coil pack. Good idea to move it around to see if the problem follows it.

* Audi DTC 16738 (P0354) - Ignition Coil (D) Cylinder 4 Primary / Secondary Circuit Malfunction
The ECU is seeing an issue with the ignition coil on cylinder #4.
As suggested by Audibot, swap the ignition coil from a different cylinder and see if the same fault returns, or "moves" with the swapped coil.
