Replacement Grille

Hi, I want to replace my OEM Grille on my 2010 A6 3.0. I saw a couple of aftermarket options from ESC Tuning and ILTEK. In particular I would like the honeycomb option but in all chrome vs. the ones I've seen with Black Trim/Chrome Honeycomb or Black Trim/Black Honeycomb. Any recommendations?

Personally, I absolutely loath excessive chrome on a European vehicle but if chrome is what you're looking for, search eBay...I've see chrome meshed grills there.

This has been the only one I've been able to find as well, though it's one review on Amazon says it's cheap chrome that yellows. Also it doesn't have the small honeycomb between the rings like OEM and personally I value the little things like that. Shame no one else makes them

You could buy the OEM grille and have it dipped in chrome. Not sure how it would turn out but an option.

Honeycomb grille looks best in black (gloss or matte) imho. As for the surround frame, It's tough.

I personally hate gloss and chrome (unless both used wisely with good car color option)

I went for all gloss black but plasti dipped it in black matte finish with silver plasti dipped Audi rings. Have few chromed details, as been forced in with them, and few plasti dipped silver details and darker vehicle will look good with them. It would be reverse color scheme if car would be light in color (White ect.) and have details in gloss black. Contrast is what you may want to achieve.
