267 is generally the one people use.

buy it direct from walbro. they price match and it is guaranteed to be genuine.

4-5 o-rings will keep it snug in the basket.

direct wire 10gauge from alternator to pump with 30a fuse and trigger the relay from the stock pump feed.

What do you mean by direct wire to the alternator?

Interesting enough, I only found out a short while ago that walbrofuelpumps.com is "not" the official website for Walbro (stating they are an independent seller). But that site does indeed price match (press link on top for Official Announcement).

There are two different 450lph pumps that was designed by Walbro. The F90000267 that has a pressure relief valve that opens at 90 psi and is fully open at 105psi. People found this problematic and had to modify the pump to run at a higher pressure than it's rating. Walbro then updated the F90000267 with the F90000274. The 274 has a higher pressure relief that opens at 110psi and is fully open at 135psi. Info credited to The Interwebz, so take it for what it is worth.

The 450s draw more amps than the stock wiring can handle so you need to run 10ga wire from the battery to a 40amp 4 pin relay then from the relay to the pump. The relay will get a signal from the stock power wire to the pump. It will yelled you more pressure potential due to the bigger gauge wire.
