How much compression does your 2.8 have? I know us guys with the 3.2 V6 we can't do it because the compression is too high.

This is tough! It would be easier to go with a single turbo for your engine, no pulleys to mess with, efficient and powerful. I highly recommend looking at local Audi shops in your town to get help with tuning as the ECU needs to be modified to allow customization out piggy backed at least.

    Compression is 12:1

I'm surprised Audi even offers a 200hp naturally aspirated V6 when their 2.0T puts out more power and is more economical.

Supercharger or turbo - he's going to need a ECU program to take advantage of the boost.

With 12:1 Static Compression ratio, it will be difficult to add much boost unless running 100 octane or Alcohol, otherwise the ignition timing will need to be severely retarded.

Most cost effective way is going to be to sell it and buy a 3.0T instead.

Thank you so much guys for your reply. So i guess supercharging my 2.8 V6 is a bad idea. Will consider to sell A6 and get a A7 near future.
