I am wanting to replace my d2s bulbs and basically just need the brightest. I noticed a long thread with a lot of input. I don't have the patience to sift through all of the pages. Can someone just tell me a few of the very best?

Brightest? 4300 or lower kelvin. It'll get more yellow as you go lower. Go higher and you go more purple but less bright.

That said, are you still interested in the brightest??

Either go Oem replacement Phillips or osram (4300k). Or to save some money, go morimoto. I love morimoto stuff.

OSRAM Nightbreaker (4300K) or OSRAM CBI 66240 (5000K).

You can get a pair of genuine Osram CBI on Amazon for about $93 dollars right now.

Morimoto bulbs have pretty bad reviews on amazon, oddly enough.

You can laugh, but I have been running a cheap $10 set of 4300s for almost a year with no issues.

I also got a cheap set of 6k's I like them. It's usable light. So you will able to see any lower is fine but higher ones you can see as good imo

First thing, ditch those fresnel projector lenses and swap in some TSX-R lenses. It's a very noticeable difference. That will make more of a change than bulb temp. I've also had a set of morimoto bulbs for 3 years with no issue...

I got some from HID concept and they look amazing. 6000k is a little too blue for me and I went with 5000k. They look great.

10 bucks, awesome customer service. Make sure when looking for bulbs that they are strictly D2S bulbs not d2c and compatible ones because those are not as bright.
