    Best OEM wheels on A5

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
Picked up an A5 as my daily driver. Love it! Trying to keep it stock as much as possible which will be hard since I modify all my vehicles. Keeping it stock Mainly because of it being my DD and also so I don't void anything on the warranty. It's through a dealership that are sticklers for any type of modifications. Anyway, looking to at least swap out my stock 18s for 19s but I'm not sure how to decide. Car will not be lowered. The 20s look great from what I've seen but I need more rubber for these roads. Plus, it would need to be lowered to look right and I can't go that route for now. Any preferences or suggestions? Thanks.

^ Post subject is regarding OEM wheels.

19x9 Peelers are what I've got, and I like them a lot.

19" Peelers in my opinion are the best. Totally transformed the look of my car.
I may be getting a 2017 model off the lot that is spec'd with the 19" 5 arm rotors, we'll see how much I like them if I get the car

Before Stock 18" - they took some time getting used to but they grew on me

19" peelers- Put em on and loved them

I like the following A5/S5 OEM wheels:

    1. 19" Y-spoke (in Anthacite or Silver)

    2. 19" 5-arm Rotor design

    3. 19" (Peelers) 5 segmented spoke design

    4. 19" 5 parallel spoke Alloys

You can say I like all of them

Thanks for the reply. Yeah they all seem to be decent looking. I think my preference would be the peelers or the 5 arm rotors in 19s. My 18s are just way too small looking on the car.

Nice and classy. Looks great! I'll probably go for a set of peelers as well.

RS4 oems have a different center bore. The S4 or A4 s-line package had a similar style wheel that will fit our A5s with spacers.

I think he is speaking about his OEM 20" RS4's on his A5. They're the shit!

Damn! Those look great, I've been a 5 arm rotors kinda guy but you might have changed my mind. Looks great with the 19" peelers. Are you lowered at all, or stock?

Also, for those of us that are going with the new A5, anyone know if we can bring our new wheels with for the new A5?

Thanks bud, yes I am lowered on H&R sport springs and 20/25 dra spacers in both pictures. H&R OE's were too conservative for my taste, this setup is the closest I will get to perfection without having to go the coilover route.

Here's a shot of my 2016 S5 with the OEM 19s. I love the wheels, but they're a pain to clean. I use 5-arm rotors for winter.

The 19" Y-spokes and the 19" Rotors are my favorite OEM wheels. Both are among the nicest OEM wheel on any Audi. The only thing is that the Rotors are common on lots of different Audi models, right down to the Q3. But they are nice and Concave on the A5, which isn't necessarily true on some other Audi models.
