Just finished the drive from Colorado to Southern CA for a move. Other than a random coolant hose failure that I was able to mc-guyver to get me into town for permanent solution, trip went fine.

Dropping 5000 ft in altitude might be the most apparent performance mod I have made yet. holy smokes.

Every sensor I replaced during my rebuild with a non audi VAG group product has now failed. Would have been cheaper to just shell out for the OG the first time.

High pressure line from back of passenger head to steering rack burst, spraying mineral oil directly into turbo manifold. Pretty excellent smoke machine i had for a while.

God help you if you have to replace that hose, getting the bolt back into the steering rack is probably the worst job i've done on this car yet.

is starts spooling at about 3.5k. Its a lag monster, but it is fun. Never seen a dyno, i just drive it around and have fun and make pigeon noises.

I thought you might have seen spool a little earlier. Makes my Gt3582r build spool even later than yours. Did the tune have anything in it to increase spool onset? Cheers

More lag? Or just a higher boost threshold? Added lag would imply the intake path has been lengthened and/or made less efficient.
