    Exhaust pressure control valve error

Car felt a little weaker today, well it was the exhaust didn't sound as aggressive as it has been.
Used obdeleven and found a fault code which no matter if I clear comes back.

I don't have vagcom so this is all I can share.

Mods recently done front resonator delete.

And unplugged valve sensor on rear tail pipe as I had a weird issue with the flap rattling.

Not sure if that's the issue. Car feels stronger after I cleared the fault code even though it comes back.

    Any help appreciated

Do these types of codes affect performance?

I don't think the codes affect performance at all or are even visible on a normal OBD II scanner. They don't throw a CEL or affect the readiness monitors for inspection. I have both of mine unplugged and don't see a reason to get simulators.

    Exhaust pressure control valve error

I seem to recall that if left unplugged they throw a code because it is an open circuit, whether it affects performance I'm not sure. With the vacuum ones if they were not closed off properly then it caused a loss of vacuum pressure, threw a code and the engine performance was affected
