C7 S6/S7 RS7 4.0T 1/4 Mile Database

Just ran today and car seems to feel slow on the top end. What do you guys think.

Temp was 50 deg and DA I was told was around 2100.

14' stage 2 with APR ECU/TCU tune running 100 octane. I put on my crappy Stock wheel/tires because my 21's were getting bald, surprisingly cut a good 60'.

For stage 2 your trap is definitely down a bit but 2100' DA is pretty bad so that is most likely the reason.

Looks like you red-lighted on that slip, got any others?

Reaction time, regardless of red lighting, being lazy or cutting a perfect light has nothing to do with the actual ET/trap.

Went to the last day of our season here and had some good passes. I was hoping to break into the 10s and got really close with an 11.039:

60': 1.702
1/8: 7.161 @ 100.25mph
1/4: 11.039 @ 127.13mph

Temp: 45 F
DA: around 2100'

Haha yes i was trying to cut a perfect light run before i got a .008, but as you state has nothing to do with ET/Trap. 2100 is bad and thats actually good for us here in Boise.

Nice runs. I lost 1 full second with a 7500' change in DA, but I also had to switch from 93 to a 91 octane tune, so I don't know how much is attributed to that vs. elevation amongst other things.
It is interesting to see the draggy app is very close to real world runs and even underestimates a bit which, if anything, is better than unrealistically exaggerating results. May have to pick one up.
Just curious though why does the DA in the app show 5758ft?

I’m guessing the formula Dragy uses to calculate the DA is wrong. It is almost double compared to calculations on other sites.

I knew traction would be an issue but wow.

Yeah i like my Dragy, this is actually my second one. The first one died after a yr and half of owing it, it stopped charging.

Still a respectable time with a really bad 60' time. Very impressive trap speed without a TCU tune. The DS1 is putting down some really respectable numbers!!!!! With a solid 60' time, you're conservatively going to see mid 11's and likely better.

10.51 trapped at 132mph. Full interior, E85.

Should be in the 10.3, bad launch, very hot day.

Hoping to hit 9s this fall by replacing the heat exchanger with an intercooler. Not sure why I can’t post a picture while on my phone will have to get on my laptop to post the slip. DA over 2800 I believe, about 28 degrees ( what ever that is in Fahrenheit)
