With this active suspension control module you have the opportunity to use the full range of your air suspension and control it according to your wishes without using the drive select controls. Since the system uses wifi and a smartphone app no additional buttons or controllers need to be fitted to the interior of the car. The full drive select system stays intact along with all other wireless and Bluetooth functions. Works with all models that have factory fitted air suspension, C7 and C7.5 included.

Exhaust Valve Controller Package

Information:
With this exhaust valve control module you have the ability to keep the exhaust valves open fully in the dynamic drive select setting at all RPM. The exhaust valves will also automatically be set to dynamic when the car is started if it was shut-off in dynamic mode. In automatic mode the exhaust valves behave as they would stock and in comfort the exhaust valves remain closed until 5000rpm. Works with all models that have factory or aftermarket exhausts with valving that are utilizing the factory control systems, C7 and C7.5 included.

Wasn't aware of the exhaust valve module :).
Since it doesn't have buttons, i suppose this only a module that reprograms it to ALWAYS keep open with no way of manually controle it i assume?

I have better described how the exhaust controller works above. It doesn't merely just keep the valves open all the time. In dynamic it keeps valves open all the time and a neat feature is it will keep the exhaust in dynamic mode if the car is shut-off that way and then restarted.

In auto the exhaust valves behave in their standard fashion and in comfort the valves stay closed until 5000rpm.

I believe the AWE system is limited in that it only opens and closes the exhaust valves. No other automated/factory functions exist anymore. Plus you also then have to have a remote in the car and manually control the valves.

The CETE system is more costly because it is working with the factory systems so you don't have to have a remote in the car and you have 3 choices just like the factory allows, however the functions are modified:

Dynamic - Full Open at all RPM (Also starts with valves open when car restarted, no need to open them again)
Automatic - Standard Factory Behavior
Comfort - Closed until 5000rpm

Personally I prefer to have the ability to adjust the settings with the drive select system. If I wanted the exhaust fully open without restriction I can set that now, automatic if driving around town and comfort for those times when I'd prefer to car quieter.

Bump for Alex and Cete. Have done the VAGCOM lowering and had a H&R module which works as advertised but way over priced if you buy it new.

I'm not sure if that module requires can bus but I asked Ferdi about the Akrapovic needing access to the same pin location as his suspension module, he said any open pins near slot 12 that he calls for in the suspension installation can be used.

Very interested in this as I actually like how the stock exhaust on the S6 sounds! My only question..how much of a difference is it with sound in dynamic mode? Essentially, it appears I will be getting new lower RPM sound (I've read the flaps in dynamic open at around 3500 RPM) and a louder startup (Open at startup)? Just want to see if anyone has any experience yet with this or if this is in fact accurate before I drop $500 on this. Thanks!

Since you have a facelift model you will need to splice the CANBUS wires together for both modules. This only applies to facelift models as the pre-facelift air suspension controller does not use a CANBUS connection.

If you have the exhaust set in dynamic when you shut the car off it will come back on with the valves open/dynamic versus having to set the exhaust back into dynamic after start up. As for sound, guys that have this fitted now can likely comment to that.

Just an update for everyone. I spoke with CETE and they are looking at a mid-April release on the revised suspension module. I do not have further details on new capabilities or pricing unfortunately as of yet.

CETE will contact me the second they have more details and pricing. I will post that up here as soon as I have it and am able.
