S3 8L seat swap -> B6 A4

I don't think it is plug and play, require some DIY

esp. the seat belt.

You're confusing things here. What exactly are you trying to achieve? Do you have a B6 A4, TT MK1 or a Golf IV?

if its the same as the TT then they can be made to work as one of the members on here put MK1 TT seats in his A4 with no problem.

I can't see TT mk1 / golf mkiv seats working without some modification. That chassis has a third rail in the middle for the front mount, so it's like a tricycle.

(Err the chassis has a hardpoint in the middle, the third rail is on the seat).

I can assure you, TT MK1 seats will not bolt into your B6. The TT employs 3-point fitting, versus the B6's 4-point fitting.

Yea I got this. Becoz I just got the S3 seat and thinking how to mod / retrofit to put on my B6 A4

one of the way is,

Disassembly the S3 Recaro , also the A4 one,

Put the Recaro parts to sit on the A4 original seat "frame"

I will look for the thread, I am sure he made brackets but he had them in his A4. looked actually pretty decent
