Car pulls to the right with inside tire wear

Hi there I'm trying to track down a issue with my b6 s4. It wears the front inside tires and pulls to the right quite noticeable.
The car was in a front end accident before I purchased the car.
I'm thinking I might have a Bent upper or lower control arm since it still pulls to the right after a wheel alignment.
I decided I'm going to replace the all the front lower and upper control arms with 034 hardware. Does anyone have the same issue with pulling to the right? I noticed a lot of people have camber issues.

my b6 has a slight pull to the right, was more noticable before I got new tyres on it. I need to try find somewhere in the buffalo ny area that does allignments as most places won't do it, audi included.

inexpensive things to do. check tire pressures. a difference in tire pressures could cause vehicle to pull. swap front tires side to side. does vehicle pull to left or not pull as hard to right? can also rotate front to back. any change? when it comes to alignment, a vehicle pulls to the side with the most negative caster and/or the side with most positive camber. the difference must be more than plus/minus a half of a degree. audi does not allow for any caster adjustment. so if it is out of spec, look for worn bushings and/or something bent. audi only allows for equalizing the camber on this platform by shifting the subframe. usually more trouble to do than its worth. if camber is significantly out of spec again look towards bushings and/or bent parts. what's bent? a good tech should be able to make additional measurements of vehicle's centerline, thrust angle, steering angle inclination, and included angle to help determine what needs to be replaced.
note: the adjustable upper control arms now available can be adjusted to compensate/eliminate your pull.

Thanks for the reply. Tire pressures are perfect and tires in good shape. Going to throw new control arms with adjustable ones as well

I forgot to mention I'm on H&R springs. Does that throw front camber out the window? Or does this look like something could be bent.

Here's what I'm dealing with. Both front tires are like this on the inner side. Normal camber from lowering or something else going on? Front suspension is all tight with wheel alignment.

When you drop the ride height with H&R springs , your going to get a whole bunch of negative camber. End result is what your seeing. Negative camber is great on a car , especially with the new DOT street/ race tires out there. My stock 2004 S4 had very slight inside front tire wear. I ended buying four new Michelin PS2.
I thought, I've had a new since 2004 and never experienced this a few months ago.
One weekend, I thought about it: 12 year old suspension = lower stance = more negative camber.
#2, for the last two years, I've simply let the family go to Costco tire center and ask them to check the air pressure.
When I checked the tire pressure cold...it was only 34lbs.
I used to pump them up to 45lbs in the front and 40 in the rear.....I never had issues with premature tire wear. Costco used a lower pressure so that they don't get complaints for putting air to creat a harsh ride.

Only way to resolve this is with the 034 upper control arm links. I've called and have spoken to them about it. Looks like I'm headed that way too. Especially since there is no adjustment on the factory units.

Thanks for the reply, 034 adjustable control arms are on route to me.

From the looKS of it, that is toe wear. You may have a bent tie rod or just need an alignment. Unless you have a serious amount of negative camber, I would say it's toe that needs to be adjusted. It can be causing the pull to the right with positive toe.

My S4 has the same concern. On my track car, if I run lots of negative camber, it will cause this too. Especially if one lower the car more than stock height with H&R springs. Last year, I had my S4 alingment done and my car tracks perfectly. If its a toe setting, the whole middle side of the tire will be affected. To validate my comments, put a camber gage on it. Smart Racing has one..most of the Porsche crowd uses it.

I had adjustable control arms but sold them do to a lot of bad things for a daily. Just putting density line uppers on and getting a alignment and rotating the tires every month

I was just going to say this. You can run nearly 2 degrees of camber and still have decent tire wear but that toe is shredding em pretty good.
