I put smoke grey Laminix on the ambers and red side lights. The car came with the tint, even the windshield. Not sure if I will remove any of it at this point. Changing the badges to black next week. Did you put on the black R8 badge with the red flag? Is yours a V10?

I see so many haters that comment on my Ig , along the lines of " shoulda gotten a v10", or " hah only a v8" , or " slow v8" when them bitches r driving like a honda or a c class. Think lots of people frown upon a v8 r8.

No matter, the car still hot, nothing wrong with V8 I have it in my RS5, one of the last naturally aspirated for sure. Love the color combo.

But it is still an R8 and rare whether it's a V8 or V10

That's a cool piece! We don't list any R8 products but a carbon fiber frame on honeycomb R8 grille this is definitely something we can do for a very competitive price with wide choice of color and weaves . Or anything else you'd like to have CF laminated on your R8!

I'm coming from a 5 as well. And I've felt the R8 tax too. But as you know, we've picked up a few search skills with our 5's that can minimize that R8 tax.
I picked up my 2008 R8 almost 2 months ago. It's only a V8 as well. Hehehe
