    Hey All,

I get this on Friday. Anyone have experience in putting one in? Easy? Solo job or a could a couple of Audi enthusiasts get it done in the garage? Should I bite the bullet and pay to have it done?

    Let me know.

U will need a power drill for the HE brackets. Other than that, once the bumper and the crash bar remove.
It is quite easy to hook everything up and you need to bleed the air out...

i didnt bleed after installing, the coolant level drop below "min" and pop up "CHECK COOLANT" indicator in the dash.

I thought this mounted in front of the existing heat exchanger and they were married? Directions say to remove...

This replaces the existing HE as do all the other kits...

There is a DIY for one that adds one on top of the stock HE.

yes it totally remove our stock HE and add another reservoir at the right side.

probably will take around 3-4 hours of the whole process...
