Best way to test fuel pressure?

    Hey guys,

Looking for the best way to test fuel pressure on the 2.7t's.

All the pressure testing kits I've come across requires a schrader valve for the gauge attachment. IIRC audi's do not have such a valve.

Is there some kit out there that allows a gauge to be spliced into the connection by the fuel rail?

The only other method I can think of is cutting the feed line, and splicing in a fuel gauge... seems kinda janky and I don't want to chop up my fuel lines and having to worry about an extra place for leaks.

On that note, has anyone installed a fuel pressure gauge permanently (the only one I can find is from ECS tuning) or can recommend me a fuel pressure test kit that works with our cars?

    Thanks! <3

I've read the fuel pressure tester kit from harbor freight has enough fittings to connect to the pressure line without any cutting. Then remove it when you're done.

I chopped up an old a4 fuel rail and a bad fuel line for the fittings and used a differential pressure gauge I found on ebay.
There are only 2 things needed to make an Audi work properly - Duct tape and WD40. If it moves and it shouldn't - Duct tape. If it doesn’t move and it should - WD40.
