What did you do to your Q/SQ5 today?

I discovered that if I want to take a driving vacation with a toddler and an infant, I either need a roof box for the SQ5 or a Sienna (or in this case dump our stuff into my in-laws' Sienna).

fo' sho - i bought a roof box so that i can take more than my wife and myself to tahoe for the weekend. 4 people in the car means not enough room for any equipment. i can't imagine how much "stuff" a toddler and an infant requires for a wkend trip!

Even with a roof box, it's just not enough space. We have a Durango with a bigass roof box for the big trips. With a dog and 2 kids, you fill that space fast!

I forgot we actually brought the dog too haha. You're right that there's really not enough space, but we live in NYC, so there's no second car in our immediate future ... unless the SQ7 comes stateside!

DS, shampoo, and wheel cleaner for me (though I think I need to find a different/better solution for cleaning wheels). Overall I'm a big fan of Adams, and I dig the cohesiveness of the product line.

Haha that does look similar! It was disconcerting not being able to see out the back.

I like the roof carrier. I need to make better use of the roof, although I think that means bikes/skis/snowboards won't be able come along unless I get a trailer hitch and carrier.

The double soft doesn't fold perfect, but I dropped the ball with the single soft stack for sure. I almost commented on your post. *it was a couple orders, but I only started using the products in mid-July

Yeah, it does. Especially if you use it for a drying aid, clay bar lubricant, and pad primer as well. They ran the gallon sale last month, and it's SO much cheaper to buy things by the gallon anyway. APC will be my next gallon, if I buy one. I don't use much of the wheel cleaner, but if I did, I would definitely buy it by the gallon as well. I just use it for tight spots/calipers and as a paint decontaminant (diluted). Pretty expensive product that I don't feel like I 'need', as I end up hand washing my wheels no matter what. I keep them pretty clean with rinseless (diluted to waterless) wipe downs in-between washes.

Most of all, I love the scents of the Adams stuff. Ease of application and cohesiveness is very nice as well. It's so addicting to buy and build a collection. I love like 90% of the stuff I've tried.

Got some scratches on it...
An old lady in her Mercedes pulled into an almost empty parked by lot and slammed her door into the side of my car while I was sitting in it. We had some words and she denied scratching my car even though the paint transferred to her car. She refused to give me her insurance information and then accused me of scratching my own car to blame her.

I didn’t have time to call the cops. We took the kids to The Land of Oz in NC today and had a shuttle time of 3pm. We were cutting it close and didn’t want to miss it.

@BarryT82 Sorry to hear that. Shit happens, but when the person is a complete bitch about it, it makes it all the worse. I'm scared to think how I would have reacted if I got that sort of attitude. I ripped a guy's driver windshield wiper off (it was pouring down rain) when I was a teenager for denting my door with his (while I watched him do it) and then proceeding to blow me off and leave. Thank god for paintless dent repair.
