Ok here is my lift pump walbro 450 E85 tested little over a month ! I can do 1/4 mile with 1/4 tank of fuel no more fuel cut off! This is good news, bad news is my injectors is maxed out at 27 psi and can't use full E85. We stop at E25-E30 this is the sweet spot at 27psi. Ordered lot's of parts to start my forged engine / custom intake manifold. Extra 6 port injectors will be controlled by MicroSquirt, also I will do custom Water/Air intercooler in stock Air box location. Car runs very strong on stock engine stable high 7 sec 60-130mph and low 11 sec 1/4 mile with 126-129mph by Dragy , more to come stay tuned!

I selling my turbo kit for $6K lot's of people asking me about so here it is! This is sweet deal, I'm going with different turbo setup same style single turbo just with bigger turbo) Tune can be done remotely by J-Fonz contact with Josh for more info about tuning price etc.

    Turbo Kit Included

    Precision 6466 Turbo V band
    Precision 64mm Wastegate
    Turbo Manifold
    3.5" Downpipe
3.5" Cold air intake pipe to stock air box location
    Tial blow of valve
    Supercharger body

easy 500whp+ on stock block or 600whp+ on high boost

Yes you need it , Cortex highly recommended because you can adjust boost by Gear/RPM/TPS

Hey Oleg, i see you run AC chiller & a bunch of cooling but for your setup at your power is the killer chiller is necessary or would regular dual pulley cooling mods be enough to cool iat’s with your turbo at that psi?

for example if i used the merc racing HX & divorced the coolant loops & ran meth & a little e85 would it be enough to cool it?

w/o chiller my IAT is from 0-140mph run end around 75c+ at 95F ambient and with the chiller 0-140mph end 60-65c same whether 90F+ so yes chilled water helps a lot even on my setup and remember my boost level is 26-27psi not many dual pulley cars do that boost at 95F whether more boos more heat ! My IAT numbers on hot engine with multiple runs before log, no ice cooled supercharger body or something like that. If I run 0-140 on cold engine and use ice to cool supercharger body before 1/4 mile my IAT would be probably around 55c+

Stock head defiantly good for over 700hp and I'm at low blend E25-40 it's deepens on the weather. 27 PSI on E30 and 5xx whp on mustang dyno is great power if I just could run full E85 my car should hit over 600whp at same boost level, problem is no the head !!!!! My car is limited at fuel and I cant push forward till I upgrade injectors.

I found a solution for it I think with a little diy. You could get SRM meth plates and fit injectors & buy a Split Second injector controller & have J fonz tune it to run e85. Still tho 28 psi on a 6466 is a lot the BMW N55/N54/S55 have over 650 whp+ on e85 + meth with similar turbo setup. Is the tune conservative with timing, etc?

Also how are you planning to control IATs when you begin to add power? I feel like your IATs are really high & that the cooling our card provide is too little to control the high boost you run

Peak timing is 21* this is where we stop at E25-40 blend tune with small amount of correction -1* to -4*

On stock block we just finish tuning, she runs very strong, I’m going to waterfest this weekend to see what she do, I hoping for very low 11 sec and 128mph trap speed at 90F+ ambient and high humid. I did lots of testing at different ambient temp and here is example IAT is 33c start and 65c finish this is 1/4 mile run from 0-140mph very impressive for 90F ambient and 65-70% humid at DA 2500Ft . Stock supercharger intercoolers is good with the A/C Chiller for my power level at this time. With forged engine I’m planing to made custom water/Air intercooler and custom intake manifold. Dafanatly will need big core for forged block and I have one idea to lower IAT dramatcly down at very high ambient can’t tell you know )

Oleg since you know more about building this engine can you explain how you’re going to run 80.5 mm pistons ? jypels is going to run 82.5, is it possible to sleeve the engine & have 82.5 pistons? what would the thickness of the sleeve be?

My sleeve is 80.5-/+ mm ID and OD is 84.5 -/+mm FLANGE TYPE SLEEVE. Sleeve is 2mm wall thickness. You can bore out the block probably to 86mm -/+ and use sleeve with OD 86mm -/+ and ID 82mm+/- this would be 82mm+ piston, my block aluminum wall thickness is OEM. I'm surprise that no one think about wet sleeve )

I just watched the video; it was pretty informative. I'm guessing ID and OD means inner diameter and outer diameter? I was confused at the wet sleeve part where he said a wet sleeve replaces the cylinder instead of a dry sleeve that goes inside the cylinder. How would that be in our application as far as the diameter of piston and sleeve?

wait i just seen pictures online. so for a wet sleeve... we need to bore out all the material around the cylinders and place a wet sleeve around it? then we would be able to retain stock piston size? how would that get rid of our block problem of piston ring butting?

Yes Inside Diameter and Outside Diameter

Yes bore it out cylinder engine materiel and install Darton wet sleeve, believe with wet sleeve piston size could increase to 86-88mm+ with 92.8mm stroke crank would be near 3.4L V6 nice ) I might go that way with my 3rd engine this job is not cheap and hard to find good reputation shop who knows what they doing.

also do you recommend going with a 6266 or a 5860 for 600 whp? the gen 2 can support over 700 but do you think they can do it under 30 psi with e85?

I would go with 6062 on stock block, turbo should spool sooner and better respond on street, this turbo can do easy 500-550whp+ on blend E30

I wouldn't do that! You might have problem with high timing pull so no point to use E85 tune with pump gas/meth.
