    "Resonator Delete" pipe with Vibrant 1792 Bottle Style Resonator for A4 B8

    I tried this mod back in June of this year. I deleted both (downpipe and center) resonators and had this custom pipe made with a Vibrant 1792 Bottle Style Resonator that I bought on Amazon. A muffler shop welded it on the stock exhaust for me and it definitely gave me a growl. All I had to muffle the sound was the Vibrant resonator and the muffler. I decided to go back to the stock because I preferred no sound over a growl.

    Good question. I believe the muffler guy installed it that way. Not sure if the muffler guy flattened it or whether the pipe was already that way to begin with. It was a straight pipe and then he used a machine to curve it to spec. I doubt he flattened it for a specific purpose which leads me to believe it was flat to begin with.

    I only had it on for a day, and i dont remember scraping anywhere either but that would be another possibility.

    I only had it for one day, but there wasn't really a drone that I can remember.
