Its been a long time to make a decision about this rebuild!
I love B8 style front bumper so much and did a lot of searching for any replica for B7. No one which i find liked!
I spent a lot of time thinking how to get it done, maybe I need just to buy a B8 Audi? :D
And one day I did a decision like - If my mind can imagine this, my hands can make it!
And yes! Thanks for some help goes to #AvantBuild thread
I call all capital city car wrecks and no one has a B8 S-line and last guy have it on another side of the country! I bought naked S-Line B8 front bumper for 168$(150Euro)

So let's party begins! Mark some approximately line where to cut and go!

Then I removed my B7 non-sline bumper and did some measurements before its NO WAY BACK :D (lost this photo somewhere :( )

Katching, looks great I think! To stick them together I used a Cleko locks! works great!

After all adjustments I use classic rivets and stick them together forever and used in some spots this (melt it in in both bumpers to make them stiffer together)

And here I use some aviation adhesive to glue in some foam pieces because B8 bumper is much wider than B7

Then do small bodywork just to look a bit better and hide a stitches!

A real pain in ass was fog light grills because I decide to put a honeycomb style grills, but no one has them on ebay and then I call guy who sold me bumper!
Fog grills - 56$(50Euro) and front Splitter also 56$(50Euro)

Now my car is at bodywork shop and I decide to repaint all front and repair my hood (someone at night did some dance on it :( thanks God not on roof)

DIY Front splitter and interior trim wrapped in real carbon fiber cloth and waiting in line for clear coating :)
Here is one complete part!

More complete pictures coming soon! Hope I get back my blackbullit next week :)
P.S. Does B8 Non S-Line and S-Line front Fogs are the same or not?
Thanks for attention and hope you like it! :)
