Late Introduction Red/Black Themed B8 A4 S Line

Hi all,

So I've been a long time member of the forums and I want to say you guys are great. This place is an excellent resource for the Audi community.
I just wanted to show you the progress and build of my 2011 B8 A4.
I got her in Feb 13 CPO from the dealer with approx 34k km and since then she has gone through a few changes.
I believe I am done with the external modding, all I may do is maybe add a front lip and possibly add an exhaust because right now she's all show and no go.

I personally don't like black wheels on a red car, but the wrapped roof is kind of cool. It would look nice on my Avant with the silver rails.

The problem with a black roof on an avant, is the roof spoiler doesn't line up with the roof line. There is no continuity from the roof to the rear window. Not sure I explained that right, but it looks different on an avant.

OP: Very nice theme! I like the S-Line rear valance painted black. That's how mine is and I really prefer it to the Platinum Gray that it comes in originally. Thank you for not blacking out your tails. It is just the right amount of tint. Too dark and I think it cheapens the look.

It doesn't look bad at all but I get that some people might not like it. The bigger issue is color matching the satellite antenna. It should be black too.

As for the antenna matching, I agree, it is just very difficult to remove from the roof as removing the head-liner is a pain in the sedan. The wrap is actually tucked under the antenna. I will be wrapping it eventually when I get a chance to spend some quality time with the car.

I have to get her ready for winter mode first.

Looks awesome, nice to see another red B8! Did you paint or powder coat the OE wheels? And are they 18 or 19? I like black wheels, I think they look great.

Wheels were painted by a body shop and 19" OE wheels.
