    Audi a8 D3 ambient light

    Hello . Since i purchase this car i was wondering if the ambient light of the door could be changed. Well today i tried. This is the outcome i want it to share it with you guys. I didn't take many pics because i was scared to ruin something. Hope you like it . Open to opinions . Day time



    I think this was the controller for the optic fiber .

    Looks good, I don't like how the door lighting on mine is light green while the dash and trim is red.

    Is this a change to the stock door lighting or a modification that requires some change to the panel?

    Hey Thank you. Ok what i did was remove all door panels and fiber optic light then remove the original light controler and only used the green and brown cables to conect the led to it . The nice thing is that is dimmable in the MMI control in the highway setting.

    I guess I'm not familiar with the OEM setup, I didn't know there was a fiber optic light.

    What do you guys think about this LED Tail Lights for the audi A8 D3 - lighting Modification Styling and Tuning Accessories I wonder if those lights come wih the whole out side lens or only it is LED interior upgrade.     Hi, they look very nice. Did you add these as an extra to a car that didn't already have them, or have you just changed the type that was fitted to get the colour you wanted?
