Iluminated Audi Emblem

Yesterday night on my way home I noticed a Mercedes behind me that seemed to have its emblem illuminated. As soon as I got home I looked it up and they actually are. I thought it would be cool if the Audi emblem was illuminated at night and found this website. Has anyone seen these before? What are your guys thoughts on something like this?

Yeah if I remember right it's about a $500 on most new MB.. Looks kind of cool, don't know if it would as much on the Audi rings though.

Maybe red on the rear would look good like a brake light. It's too bright it needs to be dimmer and more subtle.

Ziza bulbs on the fogs and the Audi LED rings..... Love this look!! They were installed to come on when the fogs come on which is not something that happens often... This is without the headlights on.

Wouldn't be my first cup of tea but each to their own....maybe if it was more of an underglow look from the back of the Audi Rings I would like it better (like a backlight into the engine bay if you had a RS4 grille), just my two cents

I kinda like it, Mercedes offers it as a factory option on a bunch of their cars now for 500 bucks, crazy money, you would have to be a sucker to pay for that, if it was 50 bucks, it would be worth a try, for 200 not worth it in my book!

Personally I wouldn't pay $500 just so other drivers might be impressed with my lighted luxury car badge. I like the subtle refined looks of the car which seems to fly under the douch label of a lot of other German cars.

What would be cool, IMO, is a lighted S4 on the dash by the speedo.

Abouth brigtness, as you know its light. Very hard to take a good picture of light. It depend by the camera or view. But its not too much bright. Here some different picture.

Here is my .02 it's actually a pretty cool item and yeah it's not for everyone but I must admit coming down the road it looks pretty cool. I've actually had some other Audi people come and ask where I got that. I have the carbon one and the quality is way better than some of those out there like on eBay and stuff I've tried those and they are not as good as this one. The install is easy just two wires and you're done. Well take it easy guys.

i wouldn't do it personally but i don't see anything wrong with it.. its a light.. it matches the headlight.. its not a poser.. its the actually rings that were there before.. its not flashing.. its not blinking.. its not changing colors.. its just a light

It works with 12v. That means your cars standart electrycity. So you may connect the wires where ever u want. Such as day light, fog lights, parking lights etc. Here is a installation video, maybe it helps you.
