"Does anyone have a guide as to the correct depth for a pilot bearing install? The engine is a 9a 16v and the transmission is a 2M (013) from a VW Quantum. New Fox factory flywheel, new LUK remanned clutch. The clutch felt good but obviously the input shaft was turning with the clutch disengaged. Couldn't shift into gears with car in ground and engine running. Pulled trans and clutch. Inner portion of disc looks like it has more wear than the rest. Does the pilot bearing look deep enough in the crank? Any ideas? I'm planning on buying a new non-remanned clutch."
