Where is the lug nut cover tool?

I know this is a dumb question but I can't find the darn thing. After anyone does anything where the wheels had to be pulled I always drive a few hundred miles and then pull out my torque wrench and make sure the lugs are all torqued properly. Maybe I'm paranoid but I like to be careful ever since I saw a guy lose his entire front driver's side wheel while diving.

If someone could post a picture of where it is in the trunk kit it would be very helpful.

    Thanks!

It is a wire hook device that is in the Styrofoam tool holder in the trunk under the spare tire (I think). Easy to loose.

It's a plastic pincher like tool, found in the trunk. If you have lost yurs, just get one from the dealer...they stock them. Not expensive.

If you lost yours just get a wire clothes hanger and cut the top hook piece off. I keep one in my glove box especially since it takes a lot more time to remove things from my trunk (including the spare tire) to get to the OEM center cap puller.

Yeah, it's the little plastic one. Either my detailer forgot to put it back or I'm blind because I can't find an obvious cut out that is missing it. Found the wire one, no problem.

Yea OP, look under the whole styrofoam tool holder if you can't find it - mine was just sitting between it and the metal trunk floor.

Mine wasn't included when I bought the car. I ran down to the dealership and picked one up. It's about $8 after tax.

If your car came with wheels that use lug caps, the car is supposed to come with the tool. They should have just given it to you.

They're supposed to send me one, but I had a project where I had an immediate need for it, so I also bought my own. My spare is just going to sit at home in my toolbox, just in case the one I keep in my glove box ever gets lost.
