Pitted windshield repair?

Hey guys, I have a 2013 A4. My windshield is starting to look pretty haggard from all the pitting caused my road debris. I have hundreds of dots all over it. You know what I'm talking about. I've searched all around for glass polish products, but can't seem to find one that people swear by. Does anyone have a product they like that can "improve" this issue? Thank you.

I have used a product from eastwood. It's a restoration place that sells products more for older cars but you use a drill and the supplies that the kit comes with. I would say if the pits are real bad maybe try a glass shop . But this stuff made older glass from the 60s look 60 % better.
