With a built engine, custom turbo setup and piggyback engine management, this Big Turbo B5 Audi A4 1.8T Quattro was well on its way to making good power, but had some tuning and drivability issues to sort out in order to make the most of his setup.

Dillon initially approached 034Motorsport to get rid of his piggyback engine management in favor of our Custom Motronic ME5 Tuning for the factory ECU. We've since worked with his A4 through numerous upgrades and setup changes, installing new parts and optimizing the software to ensure optimal performance. In the past few years, this A4 has evolved into a formidable machine that is equally capable on the street and track, with a clean OEM+ look to match.

If you have a lift nearby, we have a new service in beta where we ship one of our technicians (with tools) to you via FedEx. It's actually quite affordable, but please make sure to feed the tech and give him a place to sleep... He could get cranky!

    Because 034 dyno.

Can a 034 Rep gather how much power other cars have made on their dyno? I believe Dillon's number are comparable, if not greater than, RS5 power numbers.

I lost 80 whp from their old to their new with the same hardware (land and sea vs. mustang). Its a VR6 DBC throttle body. iirc healthy stage three B5 S4's do something like 320whp on their new dyno. Laszlo, correct me if i am wrong.

FWIW, memo has the right idea compare other cars on the same dyno rather then looking at just the numbers. Also note this is on 91 octane.

A a comparison, stock Audi TTRS's put down 290-310 WHP on this dyno. When we took an APR Stage 3 Audi TT RS to the European Car Tuner GP in 2013, it made ~140 WHP more on the Dynapack dyno used for that event than it did on our Mustang dyno. Same gas, same tuning.

Generally speaking, 91 octane does not lend itself to good numbers once you're doing big turbos on relatively small displacement engines.
