    AirRex/Accuair/or Airlift?

I am planning to bag my 2014 A5 soon and I just wanted to know what kit I should go with. I read that Airlift has a problem with the bushings, and also one user had a bushing problem with Airrex as well. I haven't heard anything about accuair. What kit would you guys recommend?

I would highly recommend going with the B8 sport kit from AccuAir for you specific application

The kit utilized your OEM (or aftermarket) struts, along with oem mounting points for the cleanest and best setup available for your car. Pairing the most technologically advanced air system, with the most user friendly interface, this kit will give you the ultimate air suspension experience. Unlike other pressure based air systems, AccuAir uses height based sensors which will always give your car an accurate preset height. Whether you are on uneven pavement, have one passenger, or four passengers, the E-level system constantly takes measurements and adjusts them accordingly so you are at an even ride height.

Feel free to shoot me a PM for any further questions, we keep these kits in stock and could have one sent your way with a package deal.

Here are some Audi's we have bagged utilizing the same kit

    AccuAir

I can not speak for Airlift or AirRex, but I am happy to speak to AccuAir and E-Level, of course I am biased. I am running the full AccuAir treatment but upgraded to Bilstein dampers all the way around. I can not be happier!! No odd noises, no issues, just simple to operate suspension goodness. I have a couple of buddies on air, 1 is AccuAir and 1 is running Airlift, all driving Allroads If you have any direct questions about my experience, please send me a PM. I thought long and hard about the decision, about 4 months, but I do not regret the direction I went.

    This is kinda interesting...

    Your mileage may very!!

    Good luck with your decision

My only concern with Accuair is the sensors. A lot of people in my area with bags have gone through those sensors.

The issues people are having with the sensors are poor installations. We have only seen height sensors fail when they are installed wrong. Fortunately for your car there are specific brackets that make the install a breeze. No measuring or guessing necessary. There are even instructions with pictures to make sure there are no issues.

We install about 2 E-level kits on a wide range of vehicles every week. We are confident in the product and results have proven themselves over and over.

    AirRex/Accuair/or Airlift?

Accuair > Airlift > Airrex. To be honest I'd never go with Airrex on an Audi. Overpriced for what it is.

I'd like to know more about how dampers play into the kitting situation. Do most get the full kits from Airlift or AccuAir? Why or why not use my own dampers?

    Check post #2.

A lot of people prefer to use the OEM dampers because it feels and drives close to stock, so there is no compromise. Also, if you car is equipped with ADS, you still are sable to maintain that function without purchasing a delete module. It all comes down to preference, if you prefer to have the full ability to adjust damping manually with an aftermarket strut solution, you may do so. Also, using the Oem dampers will save you some coin in comparison to a full strut solution
