I ordered within Canada, so it isn't having to go through customs. If you're in the US it might take longer.

I have it. Test Pipe, K04, Milltek Mid Pipe, AWE Touring rear. Heres a video of that set up. Its pretty abrupt outside the car. As in 121 DB at 12" however in Car I average about 70DB at Highway even with full exhaust its subtle. Of course I can unleash it too.

Ah, didn't know they were a canada based company

Hopefully my setup doesn't need any muffler/resonator deletes

I'm going with CTS downpipe, eurocode hfc, and AWE touring.

Ive ordered 3x with CTS each time has only taken 5 days to get to me, and Im in NY. Im not sure its clearing Customs, or they just have US Distribution. Whatever it is, they're fast. +1 for CTS, they're doing a good job.

So I'm finally getting around to installing this today. Everything went okay until the last step, trying to mate the downpipe to the factory exhaust. The downpipe is too long and does not but up directly. I'm now having to cut down each of the two pipes to line them up. I'm not happy about this at all. I'm having to lay under my car with a grinder with about 1' of room to work in. Total bullshit. I asked specifically if this product had been installed successfully on an Allroad. They told me yes. Lies. I now have to cut apart my factory exhaust to get my car back on the road. I wish they were open so I could tear a strip off them.

I just finished the cutting. As if that wasn't bad enough, now the downpipe is actually hitting part of the driveshaft. The part with the sticker pictured below.

I don't even think they test fit this at all.

I've had issues with the cat back system also..... They didn't even provide enough clamps in the kit, so I had to go grab one from the store

Unbearable drone. If you can imagine, I was just searching the forum for "downpipe drone" and this thread came up.

Crap really? Is it due to the test pipe or downpipe? Or is it because you have both? Hopefully it will tone down because i just ordered their downpipe

I'm not sure yet. I'm not sure exactly what the path forward will be. The fitment is my major concern at the moment. It rests against my driveshaft. I have a gear clamp pulling the exhaust down towards the subframe to stop it grinding against the downpipe. That part needs to be corrected, I won't be driving the car around long term using a gear clamp as a solution.

I spoke with CTS about it. They are of the opinion that it's unlikely the part was faulty and that it must have been install error. I can't see how that would be possible, its all flanged and it only goes together one way. I definitely didn't imagine the pipe being 2" longer than it needed to be.

They told me to try rotating the pipe as much as possible with the bolts loosened. Using the play between the bolts and the flanges to get some additional clearance. I'm sceptical.

Even if I get the fitment corrected. I hate the sound of it. One of my friends from work told me it sounds like I just cut my mufflers off. This is a luxury vehicle I don't want the vehicle sounding total crap.

My downpipe wasnt a direct fit, my exhaust shop had to cut some of it off so it didn't hit the tranny, so be ready for that.

I've also have yet to install my HFC, might just bring it to a shop again since i lack the extension bar

I am using a RocEuro 90 degree spacer. With the testpipe I'm still getting a CEL. I would like to back the spacer out a little, but when I do it is way too loose and just rattles around. I need another nut to hold it in place. It really should have come with this.

This is the 3rd person now who's had problems with fitment of this downpipe. Yet when I call them, they act like I'm crazy. As if I must be mistaken about the fitment. I can't even use mine because it actually sits on a rotating part of my driveshaft.

@Kfizz did you try Turning the spacer? I heard that makes a difference. Which way is the O2 sensor pointing to the front or towards the back to the firewall?
