Cool looking Unitronic badges!

stumbled on this on the Volks forum. They look very good to me. Anyone knows if they produced it? Would really like to put my hands on a set of those.

Maybe someone was just experimenting with this poll, showing those as an example. Who knows.

The top row for sure. Having the actual number labeled is kinda cheesy, it goes from looking somewhat OEM to a cheap Chinese knock-off

I am semi with you. You should put a VTEC badge on you Audi though. That would through a few people off.

I had a turbo CRX back in the day and although I tired to make it look like a clean JDM type and go low key, the FMI gave it away every time. Not to mention the super loud BOV.

Man do I missed the BOV sound over the supercharge wine.

i'm not a fan of advertising what's done to your car

some of it is showing off that you are a enthusiast to those that know. My V10 TDI was good for breaking necks when a enthusiast would see it. That is a little bit different though.

I don't get badges.. It's not like we are being paid to advertise for these companies. --the only reason, in my mind, to badge up is to let others know that you are somehow superior. -- almost every car i e sold has been de-badged and EVERY potential buyer asked about badging.. Like it is some sort of honor to pin cheap plastic advertisements on their car. --I am not much of a fan when it comes to corporate support without compensation.

Yeah I see your point of view and I kind of agree at some point. BUT ... in the other hand, you have to see the other side of the medal. I mostly like well-placed badge to put color on a car. I really like cars that have a main color with some well-matched accent.

The most beautiful cars for me are racing cars that are covered with sponsor's logos and stripe, but this would be too much on the street. But I can live with a little bit of personalization and color. This is just about this, not about bragging or something.

In the end, this is just about the way you like it I guess.

You put an S5 badge on an A5? Even if you modded your car that it performed as good or better than an S5 why wouldn't you just keep the sleeper factor? Nice looking car BTW.

No. You read way too far into that. What's with Audizine and people jumping to conclusions? I removed the s5 badge from the grille prior to installing the grille on my car, then installed the uni badge later on.

Sorry if I upset you it wasn't my intention. When I read "Replaced the S5 badge on my A5 with one." I read it literally as "I took off the S5 badge that I had on my A5 and put on the Uni badge" which is why I asked if you did. And the follow-up question was if you answered "Yes" to the first which I admit I didn't clearly state that. And that too was a question not a statement calling you down or anything or trying to saying anything bad. And I ending it by saying I thought your car looked good.
