    emissions with revo stage2/p0420 00 175

So I am running revo stage 2 with a 034 test pipe
When I went initially to get my emissions done in the state of Maryland
a few of monitors weren't passing

Revo recently put a test pipe file on my car for emissions issues.
Because the code was showing bank 1- I went ahead and replaced the front 02 sensor and today I went out for a drive to set the readiness monitors, and within 30-50 miles the cel came back on.
    and now its showing
They keep saying putting a o2 spacer on the rear will not help with the cel.

To pass state inspection I always flash back to stage 1 so my Catalyst is being monitored again, and get the roc-euro 45 degree O2 spacer with the mini cat inside it. This is the one spacer that does work. It has worked for me and many others.

P0420 is for the REAR o2 sensor, bank designates which side of engine, not pre or post cat. The sensor itself might be bad because i am running Revo stage 2 in PA, with no rear sensor spacer/adapter and it passed with no issues.

I just installed a generic set of antifoulers on the rear o2 sensor.
I am going to see if that fixes the issue.
If the cel pops up again I know for sure it might be time to replace the rear o2

    Thanks guys, you guys rock!

I doubt generic Anti foulers will resolve your issue, our ECU's are too smart to be fooled by those. That was my point in my post. I would be very suprised if your o2 sensor is shot completely. >>>http://roc-euro.com/oxygen-sensor-sp...=smarttheme_en

yeah I have the roc euro spacer on order along with a new rear o2... hopefully it is nothing tune related... anyonr have any idea how long it might take for readiness to set in terms of miles? or should I just vag the car a week later?

Depending on how you drive a week is probably about right. There are a bunch of random situations the car has to experience before it'll say it's ready (x number of highway cruise miles, x number of cold starts after sitting for 8+ hours, x number of warm starts, certain fuel tank levels, etc.) so it's kind of a crapshoot. When I was dealing with emissions for my Durango last fall it would reset after about 5 days with the drive cycles I do.

Just passed emissions for the state of Maryland today with a generic o2 spacer on the rear o2 sensor with the test pipe file being on the car.
    -about goddamn time. haha

a few 100 miles after I started throwing random misfire codes... I uninstalled the spacer... and the misfire codes haven't come back.. the o2 sensor worked best as a temporary fix.

Odd as the rear O2 sensor isn't used for anything other than to determine if the catalyst is doing its job. The front o2 sensor is the only one used to detect rich/lean conditions.

I have a creeping suspicion that my coil pack connections are going to shit...
    earlier today p0420 code popped back up;
which leads me to believe I might have knocked a coil pack loose
connection loose when I was wrenching on the rear o2 sensor.
cylinder#4 is showing a random misfire-so I think it was entirely my fault. lol
I ordered 4 new coil pack connectors, spark plugs and packs to go with =D
