    Where do you get the kit as seems my 0-ring seals have gone awol so boost-leak-a-plenty

    I noticed ECS Tuning sell them but want $40 odd dollars shipping thats just stupid!

    037 Viton 75 durometer O-rings for throttle body
    Not sure of the size for the MAP sensor

    Sorry what are 037 Viton O rings...is this a generic seal from a company called Viton or??

    You would think that you could take the old o ring to a parts store and pickup a matching o ring

    google "037 Viton 75 durometer" O-rings and you should see all kinds of sources for them.

    Viton is the material it's made from
    the size is built into the 037 number.
    If you don't know what durometer is, its the hardness of the rubber.

    Should cost less than 5 bucks for a 10 pack.

    Ok thanks I will look into that hopefully closer to home i.e. UK.

    If the same size as the air temp sensor, 095323969 and 9x2. Might get lucky.
    There are only 2 things needed to make an Audi work properly - Duct tape and WD40. If it moves and it shouldn't - Duct tape. If it doesn’t move and it should - WD40.

    Not so lucky on that last post.

    I took a look at them today and they are different sizes.
    A #9 oring or 13x2.5 is what you want.
    There are only 2 things needed to make an Audi work properly - Duct tape and WD40. If it moves and it shouldn't - Duct tape. If it doesn’t move and it should - WD40.

    What's a No. 9 O-ring?

    I ended up buying a bunch of 10pkt IMPERIAL SIZE VITON RUBBER O-RINGS....

    SIZE: BS015- 14.00MM ID X 1.78 C/S
    SIZE: BS011- 7.65MM ID X 1.78 C/S
    SIZE: BS010- 6.07MM ID X 1.78 C/S
    SIZE: BS013- 10.82MM ID X 1.78 C/S
    SIZE: BS014- 12.42MM ID X 1.78 C/S
    SIZE: BS012- 9.25MM ID X 1.78 C/S

    I assume non of these are any good then? lol
