2015 A3 Premium Plus vs Prestige

It seems like everyone wants to talk about their S3, but I have an A3 question if you'll indulge me!

I'm speccing out a 2015 A3 Premium Plus vs Prestige to see if they are comparably priced when comparably equipped. To a "base" Premium Plus I add: Metallic Paint (550), MMI Nav Plus (2600), B&O (850), Sport Package (800), Convenience Package (750). All in, $41,300. To a "base" Prestige, I add Metallic Paint (550) and Sport Package (800). All in, $43,000.

So, there's a $1700 difference. From what I can see the only differences between the cars are "Full LED Headlights" on the Prestige vs "Xenon plus headlights with LED daytime running lights" on the Premium Plus and the S-Line badges on the Prestige. Am I missing something else? Is there something different worth $1700?

You also get the S line exterior, which includes and different front bumper, rear bumper and side skirts.

More than just a badge! Changes the look of the exterior and looks way better IMHO.

I'll have to look at the photos side by side. The online configuration uses identical images.
