    A7 LED headlight retrofit

    Does anyone know who sells a plug and play LED headlight retrofit kit for A7? I have serious LED envy...

    I'm sure it's $$$$, but looking for a lead.

    I believe OEM Plus has done this on their A6 and documented it here.

    It does work indeed. Just get the cable. Although i would not get from OEM plus as they suck with shipping or not shipping at all.

    Excuse my ignorance , but I wasn't aware that that A7 came with different types of headlights.Or are you referring to the 2015 lights?

    All C7 A6 and A7 models have the Halogen headlamps as standard. The Full-LED headlamps are options. There is a profound difference in the light quality and look.

    This is DIFFERENT than the LED Daytime Running Light, which is the light strip.

    I never knew the A7 came with different lights.....and because of which never even pay attention to there headlights. But since now I know , I'll keep a look out...lol

    Not halogen, rather adaptive bi-Xenon HID Lamps... They turn when cornering and everything... It's just that the LEDs are cool looking, and worthy of the upgrade price

    It seems that I can easily find a couple LED units on Ebay for under $1000 total that work and cosmetically look perfect.

    Just not sure how hard they are to install. I think I need a certain cable/bracket and some VAG settings changed. I'll check with my service guy at the sealer and see if they can do this for me.

    I did the same exact conversion on my A7, only need the adapter cable. The headlights with all modules. For me that was the hardest to find.
