1. Their business is awesome. The website works and when you order something it's at your house within a couple days. And they have everything in stock.
2. They're helpful. They'll chat with you online and they're on the audizine and involved in our communities. They even post sale items on the forums.
3. They aren't annoying like some of the other big shops. I hate seeing an email with a car photo and text "ROLL IT UP, ROLL IT DOWN: NEW WINDOW SWITCHES get them now!". You don't need a stupid phrase to sell parts. ECS and USP (both companies I like) do this and it drives me nuts. Europa doesn't bug you with emails like this (along with 034 and 42dd, they're good about that)
Thank you for the kind words.

Ended up getting those plus decided to order up timing belt kit for use in not too distant future. I like the way you are able to build your own kit easily and have the proper parts suggested to you.
The build your own kit function on the website is awesome, people love the fact that they can add/remove certain components.

This is a ton of Europa Reviews to pop up within a 2 hour window in a sub forum that maybe sees 2-3 separate posts a day on average:

All of our customers were emailed an incentive to share their shopping experience.

I literally just two weeks ago ordered the OEM ballasts for $99.99 a piece through them. they sent me free decals as well.

So of course I'm representing a company that isn't ridiculous to deal with and that I know I can get parts from.
They don't have every part I need but they have the important ones. +1 they are part of my parts shop list that I keep in my phone.
If there's something you can't find on the website you can always contact us and we will load in on the site and send you a direct link.
