Wondering if there are any good performance upgrades I can do on my 09 A4 2.0 TDI?

    Already bought this one: http://www.mybluefin.co.uk/search?ma...2&variant=2071
And mounted a Milltek quad system: http://www.millteksport.com/product....m?articleid=97

I would check with Kerma TDI: http://www.kermatdi.com/servlet/StoreFront

They have stuff that will make your wallet light and your Tdi fast!

I used them for a TON of goodies. They do hybrid turbos etc.

Upsolute makes a chip for it.

    Good point!

You can get an Oettinger Chip or ABT as well. Upsolute does a good tune as well.

You can't go wrong with either of the tuners.

For a TDI no real benefits to intake mods IMO.

However, on TDI Club.com you will find they like to argue about filters all day and night year after year: http://forums.tdiclub.com/showthread.php?t=290373

Makes the crying and belly aching on this forum pretty tame in comparison. Haha!

Not really much you can do to the 2.0tdi CR. The max. power that can be achieved with the stock injectors is somewhere around 230hp. For this you need a new IC, hybrid turbo, exhaust w/ DPF removed, a new clutch and a proper remap done on a rolling road or adjusted while driving. I had a Darkside Developments clutch in my old 2.0tdi, with an organic disc which is rated for 500Nm. It drove like stock, though you did get some studder on take-off.

Here in Finland going "stage 3" with a 2.0tdi CR would cost around the following:
    - Hybrid turbo 1500€
    - Clutch 800€
    - Exhaust w/ DPF removal 500-1000€
    - Upgraded IC 200-500€
    - Remap 400-700€
    - Labor if not DIY €€€€€

So all-in about 3400-4500€ for a total gain of 30-40hp vs. just a remap.

But huge torque numbers! And you forgot Propane Injection! WOOT!

At least 66 Lb.Ft of torque? That's a LOT of smiles.

I have been toying with getting an A7 Tdi for my next ride.
