I've had good experiences with University in the past, though I don't get my cars serviced there because I DIY everything. Barrier I have nothing but bad experiences with, except for once when I bought a paint touchup pen, the parts guy was nice. I bought my b6 from there and the whole process really sucked. I bought my last B7 from University Lynnwood and they were awesome and I've been to University Seattle a number of times looking at Q5s and the sales guys are very nice and informed (though I generally know more than them because I'm obsessive like that) and treat you like an adult, not like a walking bag of cash for the taking.
University Seattle's new showroom and garage is amazing too. Its freaking immaculate and very impressive. Also they always have an R8 of some sort kicking around and I got to mess around with the new A3 when I was there last. Always fun being able to play with the new toys.
Also From what I recall, Uni. Lynnwood is just their lot for Used and Preowned cars. They keep some inventory in Seattle, but the majority of it is at Lynnwood, especially if its not a CPO or somewhat new.
