So I install the pump following all of the factory procedures.
But it exhibits symptoms of having problems, shortly after I start the test-drive. It sounds bad, similar to how my original stock bad pump sounded. The car still drove though. And I didn't have time to do the pump replacement job again, so I waited maybe 6 months to use the warranty.
I called them and explained the situation. They sent me another pump, and to avoid down-time on the car, they said I can send the bad one back after I replace it - which I did. The replacement warranty pump works great, no problems or noises whatsoever. Everything is well, and I got the refund for the bad pump.
I'm very happy with the customer service and their willingness to help me out, and I would buy from them again. Before I pull the trigger on an order of parts, they are always one of the retailers I compare prices with, and many times they have won. Not only can pricing be better (sometimes), but customer service is spectacular. I'm very happy that they didn't hassle me and try to deny the problem with the pump or anything like that.
