B8 a4 rear control arm bolt with camber bolt?

We have a bolt that attaches the control arm; what we use to adjust camber on the rear, any reason why we couldn't replace this with say an H&R camber bolt to receive more camber than the stock bolt? Ive heard only way to have custom control arms made?

You can actually get a good amount of camber out of the stock bolts. Any more than that, it'll look retarded and definitely won't be functional IMO.

The guys in the FTWLTBDWICTW's thread will have an answer if you post in that thread.

Does H&R make camber bolts for the B8 platform? I imagine a skinner bolt would allow you to get more camber. I maxed mine out and another 2-3deg would be great

They do not but they do sell them per platform, they sell them per size of width, length, and thickness so this was why i thought this could work even tho they technically list it for our cars

I wonder if you can take a burr and grind out some of the LCA? I know that's what the b7 guys do. So maybe that combined with a bolt will help. Something has been done before across the pond but not sure what.

I can easily get rear control arms made for like 500-600 but a someone cheap alternate for only +-2 would be perfect
