B8.5 S4 in Daytona Gray - anyone have photos??

I am considering trading my S4 in for a new 2015 with Daytona Gray exterior. Problem is, I can't find any photos online showing that color on the B8.5 A4/S4 sedan. Plenty of photos on B7's, various B8's, some photos on a B8 avant in Europe, and even on a B8.5 RS4 avant...but none on a B8.5 sedan.

Does anyone have photos or a link to some?

Actually, every pic I have seen (included those you linked) have had the black optics trim and I actually don't like it. Looks too dark and "blah" for me. I really like the way the B7's look with Daytona Gray and the chrome window+grille trim, but I'm having a hard time visualizing the same color combo on the B8.5 sedan. Something tells me it will look less sporty and more boring:

For whatever it's worth, I'm stuck between Daytona, Monsoon and Ibis. Currently have a black car (third black car in a row) and I'm looking for something that will look good for longer between washes.

The pic above makes it look like Daytona Gray is a pretty dark color and likely darker than Monsoon, but maybe that is just a function of the lighting in that pic?

Daytona is definitely darker than Monsoon.

Daytona is definitely darker, but maybe has more depth/character:

Instead, I had been thinking about trading in my '14 for a new '15 in Daytona Gray since it's now offered in that color. The only reason I would do it is because I can take advantage of Audi's Supplier Program discount through my employer and payment would work out about the same. Plus my car is DSG and am curious if it might be more engaging to have the 6MT in a new one since that option will likely be going away in the future...

So far my opinion is that Daytona looks better than Monsoon on the A/S/RS 5, but Monsoon looks better than Daytona on the A/S4. I'm not sure what it is but that's my gut feeling. It might be the seemingly additional length of the 4 vs the 5 and the darker gray is just "too much" for the sedan. I dunno.
What I do like about Daytona, though, is the ability to run a matte silver grille (RS5 style) and it looks right at home.

No, Daytona grey is just a darker more richer pearl grey than Monsoon. I wish my Monsoon grey was Daytona, it just looks a more premium color.

My A4 Daytona on a semi bright day. The nice thing is that Daytona has a very deep texture going for it. Changes color intensity depending on the lighting conditions more so than 'non-premium" colors. I do very much like monsoon aswel though. :)

You know, I know everyone wanted those RS4 wheels really bad, but they just don't look right in 19" on a sedan. They belong on the RS4 in 20" and nothing else. Bad move by Audi in my opinion.

I believe it was an Exclusive color during some (or all) of the B8 years, and is now a standard color for 2015.

Black Optics package is so played out that driving an S4 with silver mirrors has become cool again. lol There was a time that Black Optics (i.e. Titanium package) on an A4 or S4 meant you'd get nice titanium grey mirrors... now Audi just cheapens it and does body colored mirrors. Make you look like an A4.
