It's amazing what a little Simple Green, brushes and elbow grease does...

Nothing exciting, but here's my clean engine bay...

I would've put the stickers on my toolbox. One per drawer, for organization. That way, when a buddy is wrenching with you, you can say "hand me the red screwdriver, it's in the 'K&N' drawer

Did you mask off anything? Such as coilpacks?

I've heard really good things about Gunk products, such as their aerosol spray "Gunk Engine Degreaser"

When are you going to get a battery cap/lid?

I know I need a battery cover.... The old one broke, not high on my to-do list...

The washer cap and coolant cap were painted black a couple of years ago, not sure what I was thinking...

I should've taken a before pic. She was diiiirrrrrty!

Do I get +5 points for taking off the Dope decal on the rear window?

True... Again, funds are the culprit... Coolant has been flushed. Haven't seen any cars I can rip a reservoir off of that aren't darkened like that.

    looking good, Miktip ;-)

I just cover the alternator, soak it in Purple Power, then hose it off after a few minutes. Will also use any leftover soap from washing the wheels.

I didn't and didn't have any issues. Spray WD-40 on the alternator or cover.
