I was finally able to dial in my ride height and give the car a wash and quick wax this evening. These coilovers ride great and are very easy to adjust. Good money well spent. Comments welcomed!

Looking great. I don't like 20" on b8 but yours looks fine. And I like how u painted the front splitter silver. I was thinking about same but b8 won't looks as good as b8.5

Thanks everyone! The ride is great, way better than the stock shocks and springs. That wasn't bad, but this is just better. The locks gotta stay!! I'm just paranoid like that, even though that's not a problem where I live but I'm always concerned.

Oh sorry I didn't see the question earlier. The lip is wrapped with vinyl. The color is brushed aluminum and I'll be doing the mirrors soon as well.

^^ i believe that's just the OEM rear valance on the facelift s-line

and the car looks awesome, loving it overall. and i was thinking of doing something like that on the lower part of my front bumper too to get that RS4/5 type lip look. any close ups of the edge part, is it noticeable or weird looking at any angle or anything, since theres no actual egde there?

Yes its such a smooth ride. If my wife notices it, it had to be a huge improvement!

Yes, thats a factory rear valance for the B8.5 S-Line. Try sourcing one from the dealer to get an idea of the price. Im not sure if these are sold as an aftermarket piece on the internet as yet. Thanks again!

Ill try to get some pics of the lower lip wrap for you soon. This was my first time (and my friends') messing with vinyl , and 95% of it is perfect and ive had this on for almost 9mths now. You have to get creative with the lines .. Lol. Ive seen what you've done with your car as well. Great work!!!

Those things coming off the wheels, some people are calling them locks, look ridiculous though. They make locks that fit in the wheel holes as well, you know that right?

I really like that front bumper wrapped like that too!

Yes these are the over the top locks. I know there are the ones thats flush but these are left overs from my last car. Thats all. Ill look into the flush ones soon but this look has me giggling everytime i walk out to my car. Mirrors are getting wrapped soon to help pull it all togther.

That's the factory S-line grille with plasti dipped chrome surround. It took about 30 mins to plasti dip the chrome.

After a Mother's Car Wash I use this Turtle Wax Black Detailer for black cars. It sprays black as well and after a buff, the car shines like no other.

Thank you gentlemen! I'm trying to find time to wrap the mirrors but that looks like it'll be a pain in the ass! Im considering plastic dipping them at the moment because it would be so much quicker.

Oh okay. That would look good too. I think it'd be hard to get the Plasti Dip color and finish to match. But yeah, wrapping them would be a pain too haha.
