Great news is the rain precipitation percentage has dropped for next week. Also took a ride through exit 13 today to see how things look. This is def the money spot. On Google it looked like the things were more separated. But they are actually right across the street from each others. When taking exit 13 N bound, stay to the left then make the left. Make a right (after making left off off-ramp) basically immediately after the off ramp and you can turn right to go into car wash (no touchless car wash, which was a bit of a let down). Then almost directly across the street is a little plaza (where I suggest we meet) that has a pizzeria, bagel shop, and small cafe. Then when leaving, there is a Shell gas station (I know how people love their V Power) before the on ramp to jump back on the Pallisades (N bound), which sits right next to a Dunkin Donuts (along with other establishments on route 202, but I did not pay much attention to them). So if things go well, hope to meet you guys next week at this spot

I was thinking off the Palisades Parkway at Exit 14 (Willow Grove Road) Just East of the Palisades Parkway (only a few yards) there are a number of soccer fields with parking. We could meet up there before we roll up to Bear Mtn. (Between 5:30pm and 6:00pm) On our way to Bear MTN we can swing through Harriman on some great roads instead of the Parkway. Better Ideas?

Exit 13 is better. I work up the street from exit 14 and it is not ideal. Exit 13 would be best.

Quoted from post #48. Exit 13 is maybe a mile from exit 14. It is ideal for a couple reasons.

1. On exit 14, that is an active field and people do play there, making space limited at times.
2. The lot is rock pebbles and is small.
3. Exit 13 has food/coffee (main meeting spot I suggest in the small plaza parking lot), a car wash, and gas. Everything is literally right off the ext. Stay to the left (make the left) and you have a car wash directly across the street. Basically right across the street from that is the plaza (will be on left hand side) where I suggest the main meeting place should be.
4. People such as myself will arrive earlier than most. This allows a more relaxing rest area where one can fill up on food, gas, or their belly while waiting.
