    Hi guys!

First of all I want to thank you for being part of this community and apologize for my English. I hope you understand me the reason for why I opened this thread.

My problem is that I have an Audi A4 B6 1.9 tdi quattro 2003 and I want to install an OEM auxiliary heating equipment from an Audi A6 3.0 tdi quattro 2006 and I hope that here I will find some "guru" for this type of retrofit.

It is possible to make this retrofit ? It is someone who did these upgrade ? Could someone to send me some instructions how should be made the electrical connection ? Also I need support of how should be made the physical fitting. I don't know the correct position of the : head unit, the exhaust, the fuel tube..etc

I will attach some pictures with the webasto system that I have if it is need it.

All kind of information, advice is welcome.

    regards!
    danny

Hi Danny and welcome to the site.

Most of us are here in the US where the TDI engine was never made available as an option for our B6 cars, so knowlege may be limited. There are a few on here who are from Europe and can hopefully chime in.

    Best of luck!

    Hi !

I am aware that the majority of the cars from this forum are using gasoline, but given that this is one of the biggest forums I thought and I still hope that I will find some members which did this upgrade, even if the car is tdi.

My next step will be to try to check the webasto without it on the car, and for this I started to mating the circuits.

    1. Dosing pump diesel (code: 2K0963303B) has:

    - Brown wire
    - Wire red + blue (gray)

    2. Magnetic valve (do not know what use code: 8E0820035B) has:

    - Brown wire
    - Wire red + blue

    3. Webasto (code: 4F0 265 081 C) are:

    - Brown wire
    - Thick brown wire (brown wire is thicker than ever)
    - Wire red + blue (gray)
    - Purple + yellow wire
    - Wire red + green
    - Orange + green wire
    - Orange + brown wire
    - Red + white thick thread (it's as thick as the brown fe above)

    4. Telestart (code: 4F0909509) has:

    - Wire antenna jack (black)
    - Brown wire
    - Wire red + green
    - Purple and yellow wire

    Trying to pair them like:

thick red + white wire -> is positive (+)
thick brown wire -> is minus (-)
red hair + blue (gray) from the pump dosage mate with red hair + blue (gray) from Webasto
purple + yellow wire from Telestart is matching with purple + yellow wire from Webasto
red + green wire from Telestart is matching with red + green wire from Webasto

I guess all brown wires (thin) must bind together.

I do not know where to wire tie red + blue magnetic from valve presented in section 2.

I do not know where to tie the wires: orange + green, orange + brown from Webasto.

Can someone help me with an answer to the questions above? Machine parts that have been taken is an Audi A6, VIN: Wauzzz4f45n025880. If necessary give the VIN of my car and I want to make installation

I have to study the Water route to be able to test the functionality .

Sorry again if my message is hard to understand.
