    CSK/Majesty Intercooler Piping

So I found this intercooler piping set on Aliexpress for $50. I figured heck, why not give it a try? It was the cheapest price I could find for an eBayish type kit.

I've got a Treadstone TR6 to pair it up with but before I go tearing into it I had a question about the MAP sensor. I've got a feeling that the bung that is welded into this kit isn't going to mate up too well.. Does anyone have a sensor on hand to measure so I can see how far off it'll be? I can deal with plumbing adjustments during the install.. It's the bung that I want to have sorted out before I dig in.

bc 9/10 one of the screws are rusted to the smic. will break in the smic and leave you with one bolt to reassemble.

That's a bummer. I bought mine just a few weeks ago from a seller that had free shipping. They've since disappeared... Like most of them usually do on places like AliExpress or DHGate.

The other thing to keep in mind is the piping diameter of 2". With my TR6 I needed to pickup a pair of 2.5" to 2" couplers to make everything work. I got them here on Amazon for cheap.

This is exactly the kit i got and installed.the piping is exactly the same i dint used the elbow silicone hose i cut part of it to make a straight section then you have to remove the secondary air pump pass the piping and try to put it back with modified bracket that's wath i did..... http://m.ebay.ca/itm/191223588262?nav=SEARCH ......and its perfect

Sorry for the bump, but does any one know the inner diameter of the hot side/cold side piping, or can someone measure it? Thanks!

the other thread i found says it measured at 1.75" in the pipes and 2" in the couplers. I hope its not 1.75" piping, I was about to buy this kit and that seems too small

The ones I installed were 2" throughout. The only caveat of the setup was needing to remove the threading from the MAP sensor mount hole and getting new screws to fit the threads. Easy stuff

I don't remember. I just brought the piping and MAP sensor with me to the hardware store and found the best fit. All I remember is that it was a metric setup. Sorry!

Look at post #10 for the adapters I used for my Treadstone TR6. 2" to 2.5" couplers.
