Adding Rear Window Sunshades - Can it be done/how much?

On a B8.5, can you add manual rear sunshades if the vehicle wasn't built with them? Anyone have an idea of the price of new door frames and shades and the associated labor time to remove/install?

Bonus points if someone can provide the part #'s/prices.

    TIA!

My son is still in a rear facing child seat, I'd be interested as well.

Why dont you not just get the windows tinted? I would imagine i would be far cheaper

More than you would pay as an option. You might want to tint it.

why not just get the removable shades, the ones that stick on to the window and you just roll them up when you need it. im sure they have automatic ones as well as the manual ones, without having to do the install with the actual door and replace a whole door/panel/etc. a million times cheaper and easier.

    We have both.
Tinted windows aren't enough, especially if you stay within legal limits.
I wasn't going to get the shades, but if I wanted a car earlier (I was ordering and we found some in the que) I had to get it and pay the $500.
Really glad I did. With the kiddos, I use them all the time. I just wish the side ones were automatic like the rear.
