I would like to know, what's the horse power max possible for Audi S4 B5 with internal stock?
For my new S4 B5 i would like 500-600HP it's possible? With what equipments?

All depends on your tuner and the health of the tune. You can make high but safe numbers. Every car is different I don't believe in that mail in your ecu shit.

Around 500wtq you're going to have a bad time. Hp doesn't snap rods, torque does.

general rule: stage 3 is safe, with 20-100hp cushion. about 450-500 wheel is concensus.

(and don't give me that tq vs hp which breaks rods crap, they're strongly correlated =P)

It's really the torque that is going to cause issues (cylinder pressure). You can typically get a little more aggressive if you drop the compression a half point with a thicker head gasket. With that being said, if the car is detonating you'll find this limit much quicker. Once you start getting into the 450 wheel horsepower range, it's time to start considering upgraded rods.

Torque onset is everything. Move it further to the right and it's "safer," but as others have said, anywhere between 475/500wtq is generally the threshold. Certain motors can withstand more, plenty of people have bent rods with less. Tuning is, by far, the deciding factor at which point your engine goes.

Methanol can give you a false sense of insurance because of its resistance to knock.
